Yesterday this story was updated and it's in bold print at the bottom of the original post dated 31st of December 2014 the day before this post was published to their page so they were either too lazy to scroll the whole story or they intentionally left it out?
It seems more probable that it was the latter in light of the fact they obviously changed the picture too they've clearly set out to deceive the public and sensationalize their post as is normal operating procedure for the media these days.
"She suffered over 100 bites to her body, a fractured arm, a detached bicep. She is currently undergoing surgery and is listed in critical condition." The lady is fighting for her life.
We guess the lady's boyfriend that owned the dog just didn't, you know, "raise it right". "Don't blame the breed, blame the deed." We'll bet this was just a nanny dog protecting the three-year-old child present at the scene of the attack.
The pit bull nutters are already probably screaming it wasn't a pit bull! It was a Rottweiler pit bull mix.
If only they had had a Merritt Clifton Limited Edition Pit Bull Fire Extinguisher we're sure the attack could have been terminated in seconds. Or maybe even before it started if the dog had seen someone just waving it around.
YOU CAN'T FIX STUPID.
As you can see these sheep eat up the page owners lies one of them even shared the post! These people are cynerphobic and should seek counselling here's the actual article that the link accompanying their post leads to which refers to the dog as a 32 kg Rottweiler mix.

- And here's what the original story looks like when posted to face book so pit bull amputees changed the picture for more impact unfortunately for them however like most pit bull hater page owners they've used a picture of an American Bully to vilify American Pit Bull Terriers indicating none of them can identify pit bulls and they're willing to sensationalize attacks in order to promote their cause.

This page is using a picture of a victim as their profile picture most probably without her or her guardians permission which is an offence in most states and countries for that matter.
From the researching I've done on the internet this Facebook page by definition if not content surely constitutes a breach to Facebook's community standards but community standards in general and I am of little doubt that some of the new laws regarding digital devices and their use in relation to the internet are being broken it seems being I'd imagine that Pit Bulls & Parolees may well have that image copyrighted?
